"4 Friends" are always at their best in front of a live audience ... so they took one into the studio with them! This proved an ideal way to capture the fun and comedy of a live show and yet still have the excellent sound recording of the studio. The place was packed and great fun was had by all. That fun has made its way onto the CD! |

Message from Wayne: "Making the first CD 4 FRIENDS WHO ARE VERY VOCAL ABOUT IT was a blast. We hung out at our friend ANDY BELLING's studio and sang to the brilliant tracks he created for us. But there were only two group numbers on that whole CD. Since that time, we have grown tremendously as a vocal group ... and as comedians! Our shows now feature intricate harmonies including several acapella numbers. And lots of laughs for which, after all, we need an audience. That's why we choose this method of recording for our second CD. And it worked wonderfully!!

Any time one of us made a mistake that we KNEW we wouldn't be able to live with later, we would ring the bell and start over. Well, of course, we were soon ringing the bell all over the place! We've included a bonus track on the CD featuring all the Boo Boo Bell frivolity we had on one song: "Comedy Tonight." |
